I have REALLY bad cravings for food and I feel really lazy during my period.. Does anyone else get this or is it just me.?Health Question & Answer

i totally believe that cravings are our body's way of telling us we are low in something, be it iron or sugar or salt.. during my period i always crave chocolate soooo bad.. weird, cause normaly i don't like chocolate that much.. sometimes i crave spinache and guiness loads, i think its because I am low on iron from the bleeding..
