depending on the size or if its wrapped around something your doctor may want to remove it, if not your gyno will put you on birth control and it will go away,
But if it gets so painfull you cant walk then hell remove it ASAP..

If medication and drainage fail to reduce the cyst or you are still symptomatic then it will need to be surgically removed.. Depends where the cyst is and depends if it's internal or external.. Sometimes your GP can do it..Health Question & Answer
