The poop comes out of your anus, the small hole where your bottom is, the tampon goes into your vagina this is the second hole back from the front of your vulva (external genitals).. If you look at your vulva you will be able to see where your vagina is, sit comfortably with your back supported then with a mirror look at your genitals making sure there is enough light to see everything and using your fingers to examine yourself..
