Question: Skin bad after birth control.?
I've been off the pill now for about 9 months and my skin is just really bugging me.. It's not really really bad or anything but I do have acne on my face and on my back as well.. I exfoliate, then use an acne face wash, then a natural toner, and then Aveeno oil free lotion for acne prone skin.. I do it every night! It's still the same.. Is there anything that works besides going back on the pill.?Health Question & Answer

After getting off the pill, my skin went a little crazy and I broke out a lot.. It's really because your hormones and body are adjusting and regulating itself..
I used Retin-A micro, which helped clear it up in no time.. Outside of that, I use DDF products--their foaming face wash and the acne gel with benzoyl peroxide or the glycolic acid gel with salicylic acid.. All of this has been great..Health Question & Answer
