Question: IS IT NORMAL FOR THE FIRST TIME PUTTTING A TAMPON IN AND IT HURTS WHEN YOU MOVE A CERTAIN WAY.?
its my first time using a tampon......and it likes hurt from the inside when i sit or move in a certain way.? like or in a postition.?.? is it normal.?.? or what should i do.? im going swimming in an hour so i need some help thanks~Health Question & Answer

No it is not normal.. When i first started using them it took a while to get used to.. But if it is in correctly it should not hurt.. The tampon is probably not all the way in it needs to be in all the way or it will be uncomfortable..Health Question & Answer

Sometimes if you put it in at the wrong angle it can hurt to like sit down.. Try putting more flat instead of up.. also squatting is a good position for the first couple times until you get used to it..Health Question & Answer

It is normal for it being your first time.. But take it out and put a new one in.. A correctly inserted tampon should not be uncomfortable in anyway once in.. Health Question & Answer
