Okay so I got my peroid last night, and as soon as I went to bed I started to cramp up, this is very rare for me, I have had my period for over a year and a half and I hardly ever get cramps, this morning I was a little bloated, which also I am NEVER bloated.. I can't exercise due to a ankle injury and am not sure what I can do for the cramps, I can deal with the bloating but the cramps are really bad..
I am takeing a dosage of naperson for my ankle can I take any thing with that to help with the cramps.?

Yes the Naperson will help with the cramps because it is a pain killer..and anti inflammatory

Well isn't Naperson a painkiller.? So it should work for the cramps.... maybe take a slightly bigger dose (NOT ALOT BIGGER!) When I'm in pain and already on meds for something else, I just take slightly more medicine.. Haha
But besides that
Tylenol or Midol works for me :)

Well, when you have exercise as part of your daily routine it helps to eliminate most bloating/cramps so when you re not exercising you get them.. I also doubt that naperson has anything to do with it..

ask your doctor if you can take pamprin or tylenol or something like that.. usually, it's ok to take something for something completely different..Health Question & Answer
yea what your taking should help to....wow well take alieve or some motrin.. take two every 4 hrs and have something in your belly to so it doesnt get uset..hot water bottle stand under shower with very hot water on your belly too..Health Question & Answer
midol would help, but if your taking pain medicine for your ankle it should help for the cramps too! so theres no need for another medicine..
