I take my pill around 11pm and i try not to miss it.. However i've been out of the country and i've been taking it an hour before or after my scheduled time.. The most ive been taking is 3 hours late.. will i still be protected against pregnancy even if it's a few hours late.? i never miss a day though.. You have a good system down.. No, if you take it each day you are fine.. They say it is best to take it around the same time and if you are only hours apart that is fine.. Well, i've been on the pill for years now and i take my pill at the same time through the week but on the weekends i end up taking it a few hours later.. So far i don't have any babies! and hour or so either way shouldn't make a big difference..Health Question & Answer
