Question: Why do I have to get up early to pee.?
I didn't used to be like that until I was about 22 (I'm 24 now).. Now I have to wake up early to pee.. It bothers me cause i don't sleep very well..Health Question & Answer

May be you can take water and other liquids much earlier before you go to sleep so that you can be able to relieve yourself in advance then minimise the intake about an hour before you go to sleep..
