Question: IS this left over blood from my period.?
I got my period on August 16th and it was normal.. 2 days later I had dark brown mucus that lasted 2 days and another 2 days of light red spotting..Health Question & Answer

If you're young and just start your period, that is normal.. However this can also happen if you're anemic..
So I would advise that you eat properly.. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and nuts.. Mix what you like with what you don't like and eat them all..
