that's is classed as obese your mate has a serious weight issue and need to lose weight all you can do is support her and give her a friendly push in the right direction tell her to go to her gp who can put her in touch with a good dietitian to give her a healthy eating plan also i wonder if her parents are concerned and maybe they can give her a nudge i hope your friend can overcome this as it will affect her if she keeps putting so much weight on good luckHealth Question & Answer
That is a lot.. 182 pounds is too much for a 13 year old who is only 5'3".. She could have some serious health problems when she grows up or even now.. You should encourage her to eat more healthy and exercise.. Like maybe do some with her when your at her house or if you have gym together, push her to work harder..
