I recommend wearing a tampon, AND a period made for heavy flow.. Make sure you go to the bathroom often and check, and change your pad often.. On my "heavy" days I usually try to wear darker pants, just in case..Health Question & Answer
try a tampon.. if not, just wear a pad, but check it every so often, just in case.. carry some extra around with you, also.. maybe a spare change of undies.? anways, you'll be fine..
