if you have cramps.. this could cause you to feel sick, cramps effect people all different ways.. My BFF in HS always threw up with cramps.. FInd somewhere to lay down, and maybe munch on some crackers and sprite.. Maybe laying a heating pad over your tummy would help too..Health Question & Answer
