Question: How to get rid of cramps.?
ok there not from my period..........and i have been eating........................

why do i have cramps.?

would a heating pad work to get rid of them.?

Yes Heating pads work very well on cramps.. also try to take some Aleve they may help as well..

A warm bath will help as well

Use a heating pad, try curling over a pillow, get good rest, don't do any extreme sports, and take some asprin.. :)Health Question & Answer
