nope. a pregnancy test, even an over the counter one, measures the amount of hcg in your urine, so bacteria wouldn't interfere with that. the only things that would make a test have improper results would be if you take the test too early(too soon after your missed period), so there's not enough hcg yet to register; or, human error(like if you don't get enough urine on the test, causing it to read falsely negative).Health Question & Answer
