Question: I have cramps help plz.?

Ibuprofen works the best!! If you can, get "Midol" or something made specifically for cramps. But if you can't get either of these meds, then Tylenol or advil will work fine too!Health Question & Answer

I recommend Ibuprofen (Advil). It really helps reduce the cramping. I have had this problem all my life. Tylenol never helped. It's like trying to put out a forest fire with an eye dropper.
If your cramps are really bad see your doctor, they can give you stronger pills or put you on a birth control pill which will help cramps too. Some people say to exercise that only made my cramps worse. I found drinking some coffee or tea helped too (the kind with caffeine. Don't use tampons if you are cramping they make it worse. Ibuprofen. It's more for your muscles, and cramps are a muscle spasm. Try a heating pad on the area too, I always helped me. Or a warm bath. Goodluck!Health Question & Answer
