Why you ask because my dumb twin sis came up with the idea and the one way she says she will finally beat me a weight gaining contest and not in muscle so i'm gonna prove to her that i am no chicken and go ahead with it at the end of 3 months we will see who gained the most weight.Health Question & Answer

eat fast food a lot and not exercise. also theirs always those weight gaining pills and stuff to help people gain weight
