Question: Yesterday i went to workout and now im sore....?
what can i do i used some of the cream and and ice pack but my knees still hurt

it wont last forever it is just temporary. It means you did a good job working those muscles.
i would alternate hto and cold compress. use an ice pack for 30 minutes, then put a warm pack on them for another 30. continue to alternate- this should help.

try taking a hot bath with lots of sea salt pour'd in.

also take a few IB profin, this will reduce swelling in your joints and make it less painful.Health Question & Answer
