Why is it that every time I bathe ?!


Question: Why is it that every time I bathe .?
down there with Ivory soap It burns and itches.? Even after i rinse!! What can I do.? I can't use perfumy soaps down there. What other soap can I use that won't cause discomfort to my private area.? Thanks.Health Question & Answer

The answer above me is close. Use Summer's Eve Feminine Wash (not Body Wash) as it is made for the genital area. They even have a Sensitive Skin one.

I don't know but Ivory does that to me too.
Try Zest, Lever 2000, or Safeguard.
I use the Wal-Mart (Equate) brands of body washes comparable to Olay or Dove and they don't bother me either. I also use their one that is blue. But I'm not quite as sensitive to some of the fragrances.Health Question & Answer

Apparently you are allergic to something in the ivory soap. The best thing you can do is tell a doctor what is happening so that they can recommend a soap that you can use that won't irritate you.Health Question & Answer

Ivory is very harsh its basic soap you don't use Ivory in delicate areas of your body ever! Just rinse with clear water soap can really irritate, even Dove.Health Question & Answer
