Hormones can lead to many issues, pregnant or not. But, if you are sexually active, you could be pregnant. Some people still have menstrual cycles while being pregnant (take a pregnancy test). Or it could be a much simpler answer, and you have a UTI (urinary tract infection). also, sometimes you just leak a bit of urine, it happens to the best of us. So of course that doesn't mean you're outright peeing on yourself, just a little leakage. But, whatever it is, you should consult a doctor. We as the people answering you aren't professionals, and you can never get a more reliable answer without somebody physically examining you.
