just the last meal, depends on how hard you are sick. if you have a bad stomach bug , because stomach digests all a meal within 4 hours so it would be acid and bile after the stomach emptied. or dry retching which is painful.Health Question & Answer

If you vomit, it would probably most of the food you have eaten during the day but if you are talking about going to toilet, my doctor told me that our intestine is so long that when we take poop, it would be the last 3 days of the meal you just had.Health Question & Answer
They say the last meal, but I will tell you this. My son got a stomache flu & vomitted up hotdogs from the day before! I don't know maybe hotdogs are real hard to digest! He won't eat them now either, which is great cuz I think they are disgusting!Health Question & Answer
