How did I get the B+ blood type?!
Question: How did I get the B+ blood type.?
I'm adopted from Korea and because I'm pregnant, I had to find out my blood type. I always thought I was O, because it's common, but I found out I'm B+. What sorts of combination of my birth parents would lead me to be B+.?Health Question & Answer
Answers:
One of your parents had to be some form of B or AB blood type, lets say your mom. So your mom was either BB, BO, or AB. That would mean your father could have been BB, BO, AB, AO or OO. You are either a BB or a BO blood type, depending on what you inherited from your parents.Health Question & Answer
At least one of your parents was B or possibly AB, the other had to be either O, B or possibly AB. As for the + I can't remember which is dominant, but I think it's + so that would mean at least one of your parents had to + as well.Health Question & Answer
