wow, that bellybutton ring REALLY distracts the eye from the protruding ribs and hip bones. Yes, they can be this skinny, and I don't know why anyone would chose to be. i've seen this picture before, but i've seen it with a bit more skin and fat on her than this. i think it was photoshopped a little bit but yeah anorexia is a serious problem these days
