it's called maintaining a healthy diet and exercise. A pregnant mother should only gain about 25 to 30 lbs during pregnancy. Alot of women make the mistake that they're 'eating for two', and gain way too much weight than what is healthy for them. I dont know. But whatever their secret is I'd like to know! I am 24 weeks pregnant and weighed 98 pounds before I got pregnant and am up to 120! yay.
