I suppose you could get implants. A good doctor will be able to advise you on what size you should be for your frame. I know several people who have gotten breast reductions and have no regrets. The back pain being gone alone was reason enough for them to be very happy. Not to mention clothes fitting better and people actually looking at your fact while you talk! :)
