i always feel so tired. i struggle to keep my eyes open during the day.i feel nauseus.i know this is gross but i also have diarreah i feel like i could sleep all day and still be able to sleep at night. this has been going on for a week. i get about 8 hrs of sleep every night. Not pregnant. what could be wrong with me. also i know that i have arthiritis but this week my knees ankles and elbow have been having sharp needle like pains in them. could this all be connected. my period is due soon, but i have never ever had there symptoms before.Health Question & Answer
