It is good to give your body a rest from tampons, especially towards the end of your period. Unless there is a specific reason for needing a tampon (like staying at a friends) then it may be better to use a towel. Providing that you don't go to bed early and sleep late (more than 7 or 8 hours), you should be ok. If you will be sleeping no more than 7 or 8 hours, then put it in right before bed, and take it out as soon as you get up and you'll be ok.Health Question & Answer

I really don't recommend it beause of TSS but as long as you put in RIGHT BEFORE you go to bed and take it out RIGHT AFTER you get up it should be fine! Health Question & Answer
