Great question. I like full fat yogurt. I like most of the brands at Whole Foods. I like Brown Cow's chocolate. I like the Greek yogurt that comes with a little pocket of honey or raspberry at the side. I like the yogurt that contains grains in it. I forget the name. I consume yogurt twice a month.
