my breasts were also very sore for over a week before i got my early period. they usually are only sore when i'm on it. also, my period had more clots than usual! i got it thurs night and now its monday night. usually i wouldn't be off of it until thursday again. Dont worry. Throughout your life you will notice changes in your body and menstrual cycle. I never used to get sore breasts, but now they get tender and swell up. My period also used to last for 7 days, now it only lasts for 5, 6 max. They used to be heavy, now they are just normal to light.
