the cramps can be growing up, or maybe your starting soon.
but im not so sure about the throwing up, you might need to ask your mom, or go to a doctor.

It's normal, very normal. There are girls that are lucky enough to have their periods late, like at 15 or 16, and there are others that have it really early (my friend had hers at 8).
I didn't get my period until I was 13 years and 6 months old.
