I asked my friend if alcohol lowers the effectiveness of birth control, and she said yes. I asked another friend, and she said no. I was wondering if it was true or not. Thank you for answering my question :)Health Question & Answer

Nope it doesn't. Unless you are drinking so much that you throw up or have diarrhea shortly after you take your pill. Doing that can cause it to be less effective because the pill doesn't have time to be absorbed into your body.Health Question & Answer
