Ok. At school in health, we are doing sexuality.
The teacher like said that most girls start puberty at around 11 and get their periods at like 12 or 13..
I had just turned 10 when I got mine.

If you think back, the teacher said "most" girls start puberty at around 11 and get their periods at like 12 or 13. That in itself is sad because it's so young and, with you, you were even younger, geting your period at 10. That's almost unbelievable to me. You're just a baby.
Putting that aside though, yes -- it is normal. Kids are maturing much earlier nowadays. Getting your period at 10 isn't so extraordinary now, although it certainly was some years back. I remember that one of my daughters got her period when she was almost 12 and that was very unheard of and unusual at that time. BUT, I guess that was "normal" for her.
