No harm at all. I normally get my period on a Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. So just to be sure I always put on in Tuesday night so I don't bleed all over the place if I get it while sleeping. Health Question & Answer
Yes, I would definetly wear one. I don't think it is too healthy for you if you wear a tampon for a long period of time when you are actually bleeding because you dont want to get toxic shock syndrom, but you shouldnt have to worry about that.Health Question & Answer
