I always wear underwear under my pajamas. I usually don't wear a bra though. But every now and then (especially if I'm spending the night with friends), I sleep in a soft, comfortable bra, like a sports bra or minimally supportive "day bra", but never the sort of bras I wear for waking/going out, as they'd be too uncomfortable.
However, because I sleep on my side, I find that whichever breast is on the side I'm NOT sleeping on (the 'upper' side) feels unsupported, so I usually tuck a small, flat pillow between my breasts.Health Question & Answer

I wear a bra, due to my 34 DD's. I find that if I don't wear one, my breasts hurt the next day, very tender and sore. however, I don't wear undies. I do have a pj set that I wear to bed.Health Question & Answer
