Question: If I don't eats as much.? would I ........?
I'm 16. 5 ft 2 in. I am not very active, But im not lazy. I don't like sports. Or working out. I weigh 110 at the beginnings of my day. and 115 at the end. why.? I eat alot. I think if all my food was pizza i would eat 2 Med whole ones a day.( only thing that came to mind at the time b.c i just got done eating pizza) If I I dont eat as much ,. But scadder my food throught out the day. Instide of alot at one time. would i loose weight. I dont want to loose more than 10 pounds, if i could loose weight like that how long would it take. eating throughout the day is actually better for your metabolism and thus losing weight - so yeah you're on the right track. But when you weigh, the only really reliable scales are the ones in the drs. office. they're set to a standard and the ones (digital) you buy in stores you have to set yourself. Plus - if you are bloated or are wearing shoes\heavier clothing each time you weigh, you won't get the same thing. You should weigh yourself in the same clothes, once a week at the same time every time. Health Question & Answer
