everyone gets different ones... like headaches, irritability, bloating... etc etc.
what i get is about a day or two before hand i start feeling really thin. when i look at myself in the mirror i'm like "wow i'm thinner"
then i get really bad cramps and thats how i know that i have it. i'm horrible at timing my periods... i jsut wait for the cramps and then i know that it will be coming in a few hours.Health Question & Answer
