ahh i am having the cramp problem right now :(
i just took some midol, and it took a little while to work but now i feel soo much better. i was seriously sitting here in class about to cry and i took 2 midol and during the lunch break i just started feeling great again. but out of the medicines you mentioned, i would go for advil. but i have also heard to try pamprin...but i cant say whether that works or not because i havent used it :/ Health Question & Answer

advil(or just ibuprofen) helps me the most. pamprin and midol just don't cut it for me. oh and even more so than meds.....a heating pad works wonders. if they are really bad and you know the meds won't kick in for a little while, use the heating pad. it melts away the pain almost instantly. if you have to be out and about, try those stick on heat strips. i personally haven't tried them, but i've been told by a few that they help as well. hope this helps!Health Question & Answer
heat. and chamomile tea. Buy one of those cloth things that have perfumed grains and stuff inside, or make one yourself by pouring uncooked rice in a sock and tying off the end. Then microwave it for 2 minutes at 80% power. It'll work wonders and relax your cramped muscles.Health Question & Answer
