Cardio, cardio, cardio. If you don't like running, I suggest dance, or you could try an excercise DVD's 4 time a week or so. Make sure you are eating enough if you are going to be excercising regularly! If your body doesn'y have enough fat to and you aren't eating enough, you will start to lose muscle, making everything more difficult!Health Question & Answer
first run for the length of a telephone pole, then walk, run, walk, etc. for a mile.
do that for a day or two. then run two telephone poles and then walk two, etc.
and then three
and four
until you can run the whole mile without stopping.
then continue by sprinting one telephone pole and then jogging one etc.
