i tried menstrual cups once and they were soo hard to get in and especially out. they sucked! and once I did get it out the blood poured everywhere. i would highly recommend tampons. Health Question & Answer
I've never heard of menstrual or diva cups... but if you can't use a tampon, then pads are a good choice, and if you can't get ahold of pads, then merely take four squares of toilet paper, fold it in half twice, and you have a cheap pad.Health Question & Answer
