i suffer from ibs- why is my belly growing.? my body is in great shape besides the belly that's growing and growing like i am prego, and no it's not that i'm making this up and i'm just bloated, i can see it! what can i do.? i eat very healthy and exercise regularly and don't feel stressed out unless it's this stupid belly growingHealth Question & Answer

well, this isn't an immediate solution, but make sure you are doing strengthening exercises, abs and back. That will help keep the belly flat. If you don't have the muscles developed it doesn't matter how thin you are, the belly's gonna "bloat" out.

You may just have alot of water retention, its nothing serious, does it get worse just before your period .? sounds like a visit to the docs wont hurt and it would put your mind at rest, hope you get it sorted.Health Question & Answer
