Question: Aah, i'm not looking forward to my period this week...?x:(.?
I am due on thursday and i have school :| I had to walk outta school last time becase of the pain, but what am i actually meant to do to stop it...? usually it's that bad before i realise i'm on..suppiose its unlikely to be anything else though cos i do know when i'm due..

go to the doctors and they might give u prescription anti-inflammatories which will be stronger than like, Ibuprofen or all they other brands. or you can go on the pill so u can only have 6 periods a year instead of 12, and u can decide when they will come and ruin ur day lol Health Question & Answer

take a change of pants and some pads to school with you !
and also get your mum or dad to right you a note saying if you need 2 go to the loo then you are aloud or something along those lines ... i have then right bad it brings me 2 tears !! us girls get it SO bad !
