haha no it wont go back inside you it might get out of the cup but it cant go further then your vagina and as soon as you go back to standing position it will go back it the cup...
also.. there is 2 sizes of cups...#1 is for women under 30 and women that didnt have kids....#2 for women over 30 or that had kids... so you would be a size 1
