Question: I get sore boobs for 2-4 days after I'm supposed to ovulate, but.?

I can't seen to catch a positive on an OPK. I'm only testing once a day, and I'm sure that must be the problem. However, for the last 3 months that I've had periods (I got off depo in feb) I have had sore breasts on cycle days 16-18 this month I'm on day 20, and they still hurt.

Does this mean for sure I'm ovulating.? I can only imaging the boob soreness is from the hormone spike.
