Question: What are the chances of getting pregnant.?

What are the chances of getting pregnant using Birth Control and condoms.?

I've heard from 2 different people online that they were taking ortho tri c-lo and got pregnant still. I'm unsure if they used condoms or not. And I was just curious what my chances were. I don't miss pills ever either. I take them religiously.
