How do I prepare for second period?!?!
Question: How do I prepare for second period.?!.?
So I just started my period on Tuesday. And I am worrying because I hear that your second, third, fourth, etc. period are heavier than the first. (obviously) And I don't want to be embarrassed at school. The say that you may experience physical/emotional changes when your period is on the way. For me the day before my period my body puffs up and feels heavier. But even though that how can I prepare for a surprise at school.? (besides bringing a back-up pad)Health Question & Answer

Keep track of when you should start your next period on a calendar. Count 28 days from the day you start that way you will have an idea of when it is coming. Dont forget to wear black pants and bring a pad. Good Luck :-)Health Question & Answer
you can pack an extra pair of jeans. i used to leave an extra change of clothes in my locker at all times (now that im in college i leave it in my car).. also, if you school requires a note from your parent to take advil or tylenol you should have them write a note because you might get cramps and something like that.. also, make sure you are okay with changing for gym, if not then ask your mom to write a note for that too.. teachers are cool with it because most of them are girls and did it too =]
most importantly-- relax! we have all been through it and will keep going through it until were pregnant or hit menopause.Health Question & Answer

I always write down the first day of my period so I kind of know when it might happen, and if I'm going out, I wear a panty liner and put protection in my purse.Health Question & Answer
You should keep a personal calendar that shows ur first period. Like if it was the 15th or October.. you should mark how long and the day so in November.. carry a pad/tampon like 3 days before and after that dayHealth Question & Answer
