sore breasts, discharge, side pains, stomach pains, uterus pain, IBS, extreme sensitivity (emotional) which causes me to get more irritable and upset, increased hunger, bloating, back pain, sore legs, the need to always go to the toilet, and finally severe abdominal pain.
i usually count forward 21-28 days to know the date, but being on the pill I always get it at the exact same time.Health Question & Answer

Strange dreams! I normally never remember my dreams, but the week before my period I do. I think it's linked to hormones.
