Question: Breastfeeding, no periods yet but a very faint positive this morning which disappeared within minutes.?

I've not had a period since I had my son 6 months ago but two days ago I was experiencing serious stomach cramps and have had a headache ever since. Just on the off chance I tested this morning and had a very very faint line. Wasn't sure if I was seeing things and then within a minute or 2 it had gone. Either I'm mad or is it just a bit early.? Tried another this afternoon and got a negative. Very unlikely as I'm breastfeeding and as far as I'm aware I haven't ovulated but can anyone shed any light.? Thanks.Health Question & Answer

Answers:

I am sure you know but you can still ovulate and not have a cycle. Breastfeeding does not protect you from getting pregnant. I have always used the Clear Blue and Easy pregancy test. On my last pregancy I used the digatal one and well there was no doubt about it. Health Question & Answer
