Well, if you have genes that promote an ectothermic somatotype (thin fragile physique) then it is likely that this is why you are skinny. I know a lot of girls who have this problem. The only thing I would suggest is eating bigger portions at steady rates by eating a little bit more every time that you eat. But then if you're desperate, there are actually surgeries these days for butt cheek implants. Hahaha!
Sorry. Haha. Increasing calories like the "Michael Phelps Diet" will definitely increase body mass. I'm not sure if you would accumulate fats in the places you WANT them, but increasing calorie intake and exercising less would help you out.
