Assuming your tutty is your pubic mound (hairy bit.?!) Not actually inside your vagina/labia right.? Ok if it's your pubic mound then it might be an ingrown hair follicle, espeically if you shave/wax there or ahve done in the past. I know this cos I had one last year and my god did it hurt! It was amazing how much it hurt. even standing up hurt. It will go after a week or so though, don't worry.
The other thing it could be is a genital wart or a herpes sore, sorry to say the H word. If either of these you need to see your doc. Same if by tutty you mean inside your vagina/lips - could be herpes or a wart. Sounds to me though that you mean your pubis/hairy bit and it is possibly an ingrown hair follicle.Health Question & Answer
