uh take like 4 motrin. That's what I have had to do in the past. AHHH motrin, my best friend once a month! Sometimes if you lay curled up in a ball that helps a lot with your knees to your chest. Or you can do that on your back too. But really Motrin is the best. For me anywaysHealth Question & Answer

oh girl, i feel your pain lol. try taking a nice warm soothing bubble bath :-). that helps a lot for me. i would take some medicine for cramps or advil too. that helps a little bit. sleep works pretty good too. i feel your pain :-) lolHealth Question & Answer

Lol, me too. Aspirin should do the trick. If you have terrible cramps all the time though, you should go to a doctor and get something prescribed.Health Question & Answer

I've heard that eating bananas stop them. Taking a hot bath, or using a heating pad works as well. Exercising also helps a ton, and it makes the blood come out faster.Health Question & Answer

I heard ibuprofen works o_0 You can get it over the counter, lmfao. I saw it at Walgreens with a big sign that said it.

Hot tea, maybe.?
