i love doin exercise but since i got my boobs (10yrs) i didn't do as much exercise as before because my boobs kept moving up and down (and its embrassing when someone is watching me)....i have lots of differnt sports bras (i always wear one when i'm doin sports) but my boobs keep moving up & down when i do exercise.....
what should i do.?.?.?.?.?
(i'm 13yrs now and i had that problem ever since!!)

hey lol..i have the same prob' ..try to wear 2 sports bras..example- a padded/string sports bra and on top a padded croptop..or go to the shops and try out differnent sizes -but use padded/string ones they work.....or try a running bra....but i wouldn't worry that much, its normal for u'r boobs to have movement...so don't worry about it!!!

Maybe you need to get the right size.. Sport bra's help quite a bit, and there will always be some movement, however you may be using the wrong size. Go to any Victoria's Secret and the sales ladies there will be able to help and hopefully get the right size.
Don't be embarrassed about your boobs.. be proud to have such a lovely pair and stand up strait and show them off! WE men love them and admire any women that is on the busty side! Of course sports bra's will help reduce the "moving" but they wont completely end the moving. It's just completely natural that they will. You just have to learn to stand up for yourself, if someone is watching your boobs while you exercise then just say "what are you looking at perv" and move someplace else. Health Question & Answer
u have to find a supporting sports bra some r lose and some r tighter and they hold them better but ur boobs will always have movement u just have to get used to it trust me u will just wait a few more yrs and it wont bug u so badHealth Question & Answer
dont buy a sports bra buy a RUNNING bra. there IS a difference and running bras do so much more. they keep breasts in place for real.Health Question & Answer
